Local Government Code

Barangay records, ordinances, resolutions and KP case timelines support organized local administration.

Important limitation: KP reminders do not determine jurisdiction or automatically authorize a Certificate to File Action.

Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act

Assigned officers use a confidential VAW-C desk with audited case actions, referrals and BPO tracking.

Important limitation: Printable intake, BPO and service forms are drafts requiring review against official LGU/DILG forms before use.

Data Privacy Act

Separate barangay workspaces, staff access controls, resident consent and masked public certificate checks support privacy safeguards.

Important limitation: LGUs remain responsible for lawful processing, privacy notices, retention, device security and compliance review.

Anti-Rabies Act

Pet registration, vaccination dates, overdue alerts and registration printouts help maintain local pet records.

Important limitation: Records and reminders do not replace veterinary assessment or authorized vaccination certification.

RA 11032

Ease of Doing Business Act

Configurable Citizen’s Charter standards, complete-request receipts and working-day countdowns support counter service monitoring.

Important limitation: LGUs must approve service classifications and maintain non-working dates. Special statutory periods, extensions, automatic approval and municipal BOSS integration are not implemented.

Barangay reporting & SGLGB readiness

Barangay profiles, officials, monthly records and certificate-income reports help organize information for local reporting.

Important limitation: No SGLGB certification, agency integration or complete assessment-evidence workspace is claimed.
